Help help help!

Hey guys need help I'm stuck in a parking lot and am unable to take out the key out of the ignition. For some reason it feel like it's locked. I've tried pressing down brakes, shifting brakes, and moving the steering wheel but it won't come off! Any ideas?

Keep shifting, its more than likely your shift cable is loose.

If you're still there, move your transmission shifter through various positions, then into "Park" (5A) or "Neutral"(6M).

G/L.

1.Make sure the shift lever is in Park.
2. Remove the center console.
3. Inspect the key lock switch. If the pin is not in the
switch, move the shift lever back and forth without
taking it out of Park.

check your fuse box, there has been known leaks that take out the ignition switch due to rain

Thanks to everyone who posted, I got it out. I disconnected the battery and shifted from park to every gear to neutral and back to park and pushed the brakes as hard as I can and released the key as fast as I can and now everything is back to normal I was at a wedding wearing a tux in Texas weather in my black car that wasn't fun
