HELP! changed headlight... now car shakes?

yesterday i changed the headlights on my 06 5at TL. the balast for the lights was seated in a metal assembly that was bolted to the frame. i was so pissed to have to take the bumper off in the first place to replace a silly bulb i hurredly didnt attach the thing that held the balast in place,

today the car starts shaking while its in park, my theory is that that peice acts as a ground and i need to go back and re-attach it properly? any thaughts guys...

btw no check engine lights appear on the dash.

HELP!

I haven't had my 4 ballast bracket bolts in for months now. You have another problem. ALTHOUGH, on the driver side under the bracket is a ground... if you think you might've fumbled with it. It's behind the intake.

I have done a lot of headlights and always leave that part off because it really is just a pain in the ass, especially if the owner ever wants to trade for stock in the future so that isn't the problem.

Did you let the car idle for 15 mins before you started driving again. Im guessing you disconnected the battery to install everything, you have to let the ecu relearn everything after disconnecting the battery. Disconnect the battery again, drain all the residual power in the car and let the car idle for 15 mins after so it can relearn.

FYI this exact same thing happened to me I just let the ecu relearn everything and, voila, problem fixed
