Envelope w/ "1" means Maintenance Minder message "1"-- change the oil, oil filter and rotate the tires.
All the maintenance codes are summarized in your manual in the maintenance section (somewhere after p. 210).
If the gas cap wasn't properly tightened and resulted in a message, it needs to be tightened (3 clicks), then the message may take 2-3 driving cycles before it clears. Let us know if the message has not cleared itself after the weekend.

Clear the maintenance messages per the manual's reset procedure in the maintenance section:
1. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
2. Press the < or > button
repeatedly until the oil life is
displayed.
3. Press and hold the Select/Reset
button for 10 seconds. The multiinformation
display will ask for a
confirmation.
If you are sure you want to reset
the display, press the Select/
Reset button to select ‘‘OK.’’
If you do not want to reset the
display, press the < or >
button to select ‘‘Cancel.’’
