Heater Problem

I did a search which led me nowhere on this. The air is either hot or cold with heater, no in between. What might be causing this?

So I ran the HVAC Diagnostics and it seems to be an open or short in the passenger's mode control motor circuit. Where exactly is this and do I replace it?
