heated mirrors slight white discolor

Have 06 TL under warranty find side passenger mirror near the bottom has tiny white bubbling discolored line at the letters.
OBJECTS APPEAR CLOSER...etc....
I'm bit picky the white discolor is not that noticeable only can see the mirror fade up close.

Would dealership replace side mirror under warranty? Just asking because my warranty 4 year is coming to end soon.

Are you leaving the heater on all the time? This may cause discoloring or spots. Make sure you turn it off once the mirror clears. Like ggesq mentioned, worth a try at the dealership to have it replaced. Good luck.

Got the car couple weeks ago, no i haven't had the heaters on all the time. Seen some other TL's have bad fading on mirrors.
Difficult to know if dealership will cover it with warranty especially when the car wasn't bought new. Dealerships are notorious of passing the buck, esspecially when you can't see the fading that much.
