I'm having trouble with my headlights, when I turn on the switch for the headlights sometimes they come on and other times they seem out. I have to keep turning the switch on and off until they come on. What does that mean, do i need new bulbs or ballasts? My passenger side headlights flicker sometimes and they do not turn on at all. Any suggestions?
