Headlight Issues 2004 TL

I have been having headlight issues recently with my 2004 Acura TL that I hope one of you have dealt with.
Issue 1:
My amber running light on the driver's side does not work. The odd thing is that the turn signal on the driver's side does work. From what I understand, they share the same bulb.
How could the amber running light not work and the turn signal work?

Issue 2:
My halogen daytime running lights do not work. I have tried replacing the bulbs and still nothing. I checked the fuses and they looked fine.
Before they completely went out I had one working intermittently. What could be causing this and how could I troubleshoot this issue?

I'm not sure if these two issues are related but any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

You have DRLs on a 2004 Acura TL? Do you have a Canadian car?

No I don't have the Canadian model. I don't think I have the correct name for the lights I am referring to. So there is an amber bulb, the HID, and the halogen, the bulbs closes to the grill.
Issue one is dealing with the amber running light that illuminates when your lights are on and doubles as your blinkers.
Issue two deals with the halogen lights.

Turn signals are dual filament. replace them if one circuit doesn't work.

Those 'inner" bulbs are fog lights on a 04. Have you tried turning the fog light switch on?

I will have to try and replace the amber bulb on that side then. I'll let you know if it worked.

Is there another fog light switch besides turning the light switch halfway so the HIDs don't turn on?

WOW! That's almost as bad as calling IT when you forgot to plug your computer in.
Fog lights light up, no issue.

If you're asking if you can illuminate your fog lights without illuminating your HIDs, if you are running the factory wiring then the answer is no.
