Anyone else have this problem with the headlight turning greenish once the hids are lit? I never had this problem before, I had just baked the headlight and cleared it, and after putting everything back together i noticed this? Also the other headlight is fine.
Your headlight looks very yellow. So if your bulbs have a tint of blue + yellow... that gives green.
That's what i was thinking as well, I wetsanded and polished the headlight now as well, and the green tint is still there not as much but you can see it really right around the edge of the headlight.
Was it that yellowish before you baked it? Maybe you overdid it, something must've went wrong. It doesn't look like a reversible process on that kind of material.

It definitely looks like UV yellowing which can be fixed by a good wet sanding. Mine were yellowed but now are crystal clear with the use of the Sylvania headlight restoration kit. Other people also used successfully the 3M kit.
heating up the plastic causes it to outgas, esp with a new glue/sealant for the headlamp around the edges. You might have residue that needs to be cleaned off.
