Headlight help..
Alright guys when I first bought my car I used the VHT Nightshadez to "smoke" them. I wet-sanded them 2000 grit before spraying them. Since then I have removed the VHT with cleaner wax, thinner, etc. EXCEPT I still have some "scratches" on them, and I have tried Meguiar's Plast-X, Scratch-X, all kinds of stuff! And I can't seem to get it out. Any one have any suggestions?? It would be GREATLY appreciated.

Not sure if this is enought to help you our or not.

Thanks Bearcat
I will try this method again, as last time I used something like 1200 grit only and went mostly in vertical and circular strokes, as oppose to horizontal only
Although I did get the hazed/foggy look after sanding. The Plast X of course took it out but missed the part in the pictures. Maybe I didn't evenly apply pressure?

I've never had to do mine (even on the '02, which is approaching 7 1/2 years-old), so I can't really offer any advice.
Hopefully someone else will. If not, look over in 2nd Gen TL; a lot of those guys have restored their headlights.
