Headlight adjustment

Got my new CBI's in, and absolutely love them, but the brights are in the trees lmao Went to adjust them, and i can only adjust the driver side headlight. Using a philips, the other "gear" that you have to turn won't adjust up or down. Is there potentially another way to get this adjusted? Id like the full potential of my new bulbs

There are two ways to adjust the headlights, philips screwdriver or getting a 10mm socket on the adjustment geat from behind the hedlight.

I have found out that a larger philips head is need and sometimes taking a different angle approach works as well.

Awesome, thank you! Will try the 10mm today. Quick question, what bulbs are you running?
