Head Light Haze
Depends on how severe it is.
If they are lightly oxidized you can get away with using a cutting pad with a cutting polish like M105 and finish with a polishing pad and M205.
If they are severely oxidized and you can see the protective layer peeling and flaking off your best bet is to wet sand it.
1500 grit followed by 3000 grit and than M105 & lastly M205 should get it done.
If you don't own a random orbital DA polisher or rotary buffer than you probably have no idea what I'm talking about and you're better off buying those "Headlight Lens Restoration Kits" they sell at walmart, autozone, o'reilly, advanced auto & etc.
Just keep in mind that even after you bring the clarity back to your headlights they are still going to turn yellow and oxidize again in a matter of months.
If you want to prolong the clarity of the headlight lens than you must APPLY A UV SEALANT. If you don't apply any type of SEALANT than in a few months your headlights will be hazy and yellow all over again. You can even get away with using a wax for protection but you'll have to apply it more often maybe once a week or twice a month to be sure.

I just did this to my 05 TL this weekend, I used the 3M Headlight Polishing Kit.
Before:

After:

The headlights took about 30 minutes each from start to finish.
EDIT:
The kit was about 20 bucks and all you need is a drill, a cordless one makes it much easier.
I've also used the Mothers kit and Turtle Wax kit and the 3M one is hands down the best. It uses the same grits of sand paper we used in the body shop I used to work at, so this is the same way the professionals do it if you were to bring it in to a shop (and pay upwards of $80+ getting it done).

If the damage is not too bad, polish with Meguiar's PLASTX and then use:
1) Meguiar's M21, or
2) WIPE-NEW, or
3) one of the headlight sealers, such as BLUE MAGIC or Meguiar's

I used the Sylvania restoration kit, it's $20 from Amazon and it worked better than any other headlight restoration kit I've seen. I used it over a year ago and it still looks great, I highly recommend it.
