Hazard and both signal lights

My hazard light flashed once or twice then stopped. Both left and right signals flash properly and then start to buzz and make an annoying sound like the game operation. What does this mean?

Could also be the turn signal relay too ?

Could be. Either way, it needs to be checked by a mechanic.

Also, do you have the stock bulbs in still or have they been replaced with LED's? LED's could cause problems.
