Unhappy Hairline Crack in Bumper

Hi Guys;

Just noticed I have a hairline crack about 4 or 5 inches long on my front bumper (actually passenger side of the front bumper to be exact).

It's obviously not major, but now that I have noticed it, it's annoying me and I'm wondering what my options are to fix.

Obviously replacing the entire bumper is one, but are there cheaper/easier ways? What can I expect to pay to fix this at a body shop?

Any advice/suggestions appreciated!

Is it cracked all the way through the plastic or just the paint. Seems suspect if you have a random crack without knowledge of a hit to that area.

Actually just noticed from a new purchase of a 2006 TL.

I'm going to try to deal with the dealer, but since I didn't notice it at time of purchase, I'm pretty sure I'm screwed, that's why I'm wondering what my options are to fix and cost.

you could try buffing it out. It may just be a minor scratch and not a crack. Post pics that will help
