So i filled up the tl yesterday, and the mid was reading 0 miles to empty, plus the fuel light was on, filled up the tank and the fuel level came to F slower than usual but seems to display the correct level, and the fuel light is off, yet the mid continues to read 0 miles to empty...

Anybody know whats wrong/how to fix? This is the first technical glitch ive had with the car: 04 TL 6mt 86k miles

 

Did you reset the milage on the MID?

 

the two are independent...

 

better have the dealer check it out.

 

maybe theres a sensor in ur tank sending infor to your board and its malfunctioning, see dealer man

 

no idea, but i filled the tank up today and left it running and it came back up showing >468 miles and seems to be working... No idea why it didnt work last time. Thanks anyway guys
