Front tire rub

My car has OE tire sizes, stock suspension. Nothing altered at all. When I turn out of my garage the front right tire is rubbing the inner fender plastic? What to do?

Pics? Is the plastic loose? Maybe you have a suspension problem? Where exactly does it rub?

+1. maybe the inner fender liner is loose. Also, did this occur at random? Did you hit anything that may have broken a clip and/or damaged any part?
