Front door window air leak noise.

Front door window air leak noise.
I just noticed a few weeks back that I have some wind seeping in from both my front windows on my 08 TL-S that is making a bit of noise. How I discovered this is when I have my stereo turned up, I was sometimes getting a slight rattle in my driver side door near the top of the panel right around the carbon fiber trim. So what I did was just very lightly tapped on the window down switch just enough to basically take pressure off the door panel and the noise goes away. However I always click the switch back up upon arriving at whatever destination I am coming to just in case the window was cracked enough to allow rain water to get in. So as I was approaching work the other day I had the speaker rattle, clicked just enough to take pressure off, then clicked back up to "seal" completely, well when I did this, I had the radio off and once the window was full up, I could hear wind noise, nothing over the top, but enough to notice. The noise also happens with passenger side as well. What I am wondering is there an adjustment of sorts to keep the window from going up too tight and causing not only door trim rattle, but wind noise? I mean it isn't a huge issue to lightly tap my window switch to fix the issue, but it would just be even less of an issue if I didn't. Any input would be great. Thanks folks!!!!
