The TL is a month away from its first anniversary and today I get this rattling sound in my drivers window. First I make sure it's up all the way and it is. Then I push on the window to see if it stops, it doesn't. I'm thinking how lucky I was that I got a TL without rattles, now the reality was here. I decided to lower the window a tiny bit so as not to even allow a wind sound to come through and the rattle gone. I now assume the motor is pushing it to tight and it may be fighting back a bit. Lets hope it's gone for good.

Well, I've never owned a single car that didn't have some sort of rattle, crackle, squeak, etc... that I found a little annoying with the radio turned off; although, I'm quite happy with my TL.

Let's hope that pesky rattle of yours is away for good!

 

Mine started rattling two weeks in. Mine is on the driver door on the padding right below the window. If I press my hand against it the rattle stops. I'm taking it in tomorrow.
