Angry Fed up with the $%&* horn (2004 TL)

I've had my TL since August 2004 and I had the low horn driver replaced in September 2007 under the factory warranty and then both horn drivers replaced in January 2009 under an extended warranty (for the 2009 repair, it was just the low horn driver that had failed, but they replaced them both).

So now it's happened AGAIN—sometime within the last few days the low horn driver has either failed or is failing and when I blow my horn it usually sounds utterly effeminate due to how high-pitched it is. (Yes, I wind up blowing my horn fairly often at people who are playing with their stupid phones and don't see that the light's turned green, or at people who stop in a lane of traffic and block the entrance to the passenger pickup area at the subway station).

Anyone know if there's anything in particular that could be causing this problem? I've never had a horn fail at all on any other car, let alone three times in less than nine years. My extended warranty is valid through December of this year, so I know I can probably just get the dealer to replace it again, but I'm a little bit fed up with fixing this fucking thing every few years.

Alternatively, how difficult would it be to swap out the existing horns for something else (especially when the weather is cold)? I'm not interested in removing a bumper or putting the car up on blocks to do it. I'd sooner pay someone. But if you think replacing the horns is the way to go, do you have any recommendations for which ones to get?

You probably have an electrical problem somewhere such as exposed wire. I had a similar problem with a car in the past that kept killing the controller to my tail lights.
