Fans not turning on please help!!

So my AC fan and cooling fan for the vehicle both are not turning on. I have checked out with a device and it looks like they're both getting power we even tested it with a small battery in there both turning on but when I put them in the car and plugged everything up nothing happens the car overheats I don't know what else to do I have checked every fused every relay and nothing seems to get them to turn on. Can anyone else think of anything. I have a 2006 and here's a photo of the inside. Sorry only photo I had

I read somewhere in a thread recently to check 2 of the relays in the fuse box under the hood (even though you already did). There is a certain brand that is prone to failure or something like that.

Same brand, but they updated the part number from ending in -003 to -005 I think.

ok so i finally figured out the issue after 3 days of searching and buying fans, relays, etc.

So just as you said RJS AVIATION , i checked the ground and this is what happened.....

so i purchsed an intake the V2 AEM . with the dual chamber there is a small bracket at the bottom of the intake. so i saw where they matched up with a bolt that just so happened to GROUND several wires in the driver side wheel well.

i guess the metal bracket from the intake was blocking the ground connection to the car from the wires that were there originally. so i unhinged the bracket and tightened down the ground connections one more time and turned the car on and WHALLA!! I HAVE A/C. and the car is not overheating. both fans are functioning properly.

THANK YOU for the info all the help is appreciated seriously!

Speaking of the location of the AC Compressor Control Relay, where is that located within the fuse box? I have searched many forums and can't find the exact location of it (not the most car savvy).

Some forums just said to match up the location of the frost/snowflake symbol on the back of the fuse box lid to the fuse. Well my fuse box doesn't match the lid so it's kinda tough. Anyone know?

Thanks
