hello!

ok i sat inside my car and locked it and pulled up the pin to unlock the doors and opened the door and nothing happened?.....isn't the alarm suppose to go off??

 

There is a delay in arming the alarm, so you can open the door without setting the alarm off if you forgot something in the car.

I think the delay is about 15 seconds, but I checked this out early last year to answer the same question and I don't remember exactly and the horn is too loud to check it out again..

 

yeh...i locked it and probably pulled it within 5 seconds so maybe thats why...

i will try it out again and give it like 30 seconds or so and see if the horn will sound.
