Three long bolts associated with part# 5 in your illustration. Easy answer is, get yourself timing belt replacement instructions for this TL and follow procedure from beginning to steps related to this engine mount bracket, then reassemble from there.

Overall, you support engine with jack and block of wood under engine oil pan area. Disconnect the passenger-side engine mount from this engine bracket. Remove accessory belt, crank pulley, both upper timing covers, lower timing cover and then remove engine bracket (3 bolts). Replace engine bracket and reassemble. I believe engine bracket (3 long bolt) torques were 47 lbft. The upper passenger-side engine mount bolts (shorter) were 40 lb-ft. The one through bolt from passenger-side engine mount to upper bracket was 47 lbft, I believe. Not a big deal, but make sure they are nice and snug by hand, if you don't have a torque wrench.

Reason for removing timing covers is there is a large lip around this engine side bracket to allow it (body of bracket) to slip behind all three timing covers. Without removing timing covers, you will have to pull it out by force and potentially bend/crack the timing covers...up to you how you want to do it, perhaps you don't care or find another way...

thanks hondafan81 i dont think this is something i want to tackle myself. being that the top mount was leaning with the top pulley causing a rubbing metal sound. think im just gonna cough up a penny and take it to a mechanic. :/ ive seen videos alone of how difficult it is to remove the crank pulley is
