i've noticed at idle (usually in gear, foot on brake at a stop light), sometimes there is noticeable but quiet "pulsing" sound that comes from the engine...like something spinning that's slightly out of balance.

i recently changed my spark plugs...don't know if that has anything to do with it...went pretty smoothly. and i might have had the pulsing sound before the spark plugs, i just didn't notice it perhaps.

i only started paying close attention after the spark plugs because...well, i think we all pay closer attention after we do something.

anyway, prior to the spark plugs, i didn't really drive the car very often for about 4 months, just exercised it about once a week.
