Engine Bay

How do you all clean your engine bays? I'm looking for the best method...

Everytime I wash the car I use the towel that I dried it off with to wipe the door jams and the engine.

I remove all plastic covers first i use a air spray then wipe down with damp cloth only for engine bay.

i use purple dressing, to wipe all the plastic inside the engine bay
