When starting my 04' TL I get some weird electrical issues..

Sometimes it will take a while to start, and when it does:
- the time will reset to 1:00 (then go back to normal time after 5 seconds)
- memory seats will be reset

Other times, it starts fine and remembers everything

Just recently it forgot all my key options (the unlock button normally did all 4 doors, now its just passenger)


Not sure what kind of problem i have.. wondering if anyone has time tips/experiences with this?
