My 2006 TL's passenger side electric seat heater switch blows the 15a fuse every time I rock to the LOW position. All other switch combinations (using the driver side switch as well) is ok but the moment I set the passenger side to LOW, pop she goes. The easy anwser is the switch is bad -- anyone else seen this?

 

I haven't seen this but I assume there is a short that is being initiated every time it is put in the low position. Maybe a loose wire or contact in the switch or around it.
