I had this code pop up last week. I did a search and didn't see much information about this. So I cleared and the code and it popped back a few days later and sometimes goes away on its own.
I'm also having a couple other weird electrical issues - yesterday driving on the highway my car my gauge lights went out, radio shut off, everything powered down for .5 second but then came right back on the code wasn't on at the time. This happened to me twice this week. The other time I was closing my power window and it did it again while driving.
also noticed sometimes when I shut off my car it does it very harsH and my dome light doesn't come on.
The car drives fine and I had my battery tested 3x. Last week I had pep boys check it and it came back with "good" with 550 cold cranks (rated for 600). So I went to advanced auto to have he battery checked and the alternator and they said the battery was done and alternator was fine. So since I have a warranty on the battery I took it back to where I purchased it and they tested it and it came back good with 725 cold cranks. I also noticed corrosion on the positive cable terminal I'm assuming from being overcharged.
Do do I have an alternator issue or what's the procedure to PCM/ECM errors?
