Drivers window won't roll all the way up automatically

Hello all. I'e read the precious post and I've gotten a new motor and regulator. I've tried the relearn process several times and no success. What am I missing?

Roll the window all the way down & hold the switch down for two seconds. Then roll it back up, holding the switch up for 2 seconds after it closes all the way.
