Driver's seat problem

By the time on mine 04TL (28K) driver’s seat starts slightly shaking in position while driving. I am relatively big (200LB) and I like to move my TL fast after stops (possible reason).
Anyway this starts happening with worse shakes recently.
Looks like I have seat issue now, would this repair be covered under car warranty?

It should be covered under warranty.

Have you checked the bolts holding the seat brackets to the frame? Could be one or more are loose.

I had the same problem on my 2000 and 2003 accord, and only 160 lbsThey change the rack and it happens again few miles after.

Again a special option from HONDA INGENIORS

Bolts are OK, something wrong with rails (one of them I guess). I am going to ask dealer to fix this somehow.
Will inform forum you after repair. This is my first disappointment of TL quality besides original tires.

Did this start after you changed tires?

No, it starts with very minimal shake in certain turn angle. Then increased more and more in period of 2 month.
I guess just quality of seat assembly.
