took my tl in and I got the same line: "that's just the natural characteristics of the leather after 1 year. It doesn't require a replacement."

What is it about my dealer that they refuse to take my concerns seriously?

Look at the pics posted above (page 2). Does that look "natural" after one year of ownership?

I know it's just gonna get worse and the damn service guys are gonna say "that's just the natural characteristic of the leather and normal wear and tear for a car of X (number) years old."

Isn't this done under warrantee? I'm just frustrated that it seems they just blow me off. I was told that I will get a customer service call, maybe I should let them have it then.

Honestly the 2nd pic is the only one that looks really bad to me- like the leather is loose. The others with the cracking look like they would come out pretty well with some leather wipes or conditioner.

I have used leather conditioner/cleaner (meguiar's) spray and also the wipes. I don't think those "cracks" are gonna come out. Even the passenger side looks like that and I rarely have passengers.

The loose leather seats, Acura service guy said that there is nothing they can do about it b/c that's just how the leather sits and Acura headquarters knows about the problem, but they say the same thing.

Ok so I was motivated to clean my seats today. I have had the butt prints, worn leather, etc for a long time and have gotten used to it (still going to take it to the dealer soon). Anyway, I noticed something else. When I was cleaning the driver side seat I noticed two large black circles, well four in all, but two in the front part of the cushion, and two in the rear. Are these the seat heater units? And why the hell can I see them? I am going to post pics but its raining again outside so I'll get some up later.
