Driver's Seat clunks & rocks

My driver's seat makes a weird "clunk" sound and rocks a bit back and forth. It doesn't move much, but it is noticable. I checked the bolts that hold it to the floor & they are solid and it's not something that appears to be happening on the floor rails. I grabbed the lower side bolsters and was able to get it to make the sound and movement and it appears to be coming from inside the seat cusion part. Before I take the seat out to explore, has anyone dealt with this and can you offer a fix?

Thanks
