When moving my drivers seat the other day, I noticed that the rear height adjustment doesn't move that far up or down at all.. as compared to the front height adjustment of the seat.. is this normal?

From the lowest position, at the bottom, it almost feels like the rear travels further than the front to reach its topmost limit, so they should both at least be the same or close to it.

For some odd reason, my rear adjustment will stop slightly below the top, and then releasing the lever and pulling it again will give me a small height increase.
