Driver seat memory "forgets" after 3 days

I use the driver 1 key fob and I have set the driver 1 memory. It will work with the key and if you push the memo 1 button and move the seat and mirrors. After 2 or 3 days though, the light on the memo button goes out and the system has forgotten the pre-set. This didn't really bug me until I had my car at the dealership and spent the entire ride home trying to re-adjust everything after a particularly short technician moved the seats.

If I use the key-fob the MID indicates driver 1 detected but the memory is gone. Anyone have this problem or know of a fix?

there is probably a defect with the memory module. On the other hand, an issue that may be causing this is a low battery. I suggest that you leave the car alone for 3 days and then check the voltage on the battery.

There's a TSB for this I'll try to find the number. Acura gave me the cold shoulder as usual so I replaced the part myself.

108 dollars for that part. I'm thinking I'm just going to let it go.

Finally just had time to install this one as well. The TSB says to remove the entire seat, I was able to do it in 10min w/o removing the seat if you have small hands like me. I got the part cheaper than $108 you can order it online for $80. New part works great.

I thought I was the only person with this problem. Thanks for the heads up and info.
