Hey all. I am pretty sure my tranny is doing a double engage when shifting into drive. I can feel it "going into drive" two times. It is not rough but it is doing it. 29000 miles on it. Built after the recall. I just did a ECU reset and did not help, in fact it has been doing it the whole time I just never realized what it really was until just now. What can I do?

 

OR possibly I am feeling the tranny disengage from reverse then going into drive? I am pretty sure it does the double engage even if I go straight into drive from park but not positive. I just got the car last week and I am not too familiar with it.

 

Mine does it too, going frm N to drive (stoplite) I feel it engage 2 times, really think it's normal, other guys here say same thing.
