So my passenger door won't open from the inside or out. I am almost positive the actuator and cables are fine. I managed to pop off the top of the door seal and look at everything but can't see anything wrong. It also sounds just like the other doors when you unlock and pull on the door handles.
I've searched here and have only seen people take it into the dealership and pay like $500 which I don't have. SO what do the dealerships do in this case? Please help, I need my car to take clients out and would rather not ask them to Dukes of Hazard it into my Car! Thanks in advance.

It could be multiple things. One really has to be there to diagnose it. Perhaps someone can take some photos or get a diagram to assist you.

No one has ever dealt with this while working at the dealership or a shop? I'm really surprised.

 

Having taken my door panel off more times then I care to admit (for modifications), I don't believe this to be the cable. The cable is attached to the exterior door handle which in connected with a pin & retainer clip to the interior door handle. Even if the door doesn't open from the interior, it's designed to still have exterior functionality.

This strikes me as originating with the lock. I presume you've manually pulled it up?
