Don't know if TLS has Base bumpers
I am trying to replace the front spoiler of the 2008 TLS. It looks like it currently has the 2008 base model front spoiler. Do they make some 2008 TLS with a base bumper and spoiler?

I would start by accurately identifying the bumper you have and the lip you have.
Are you sure its a TL-S bumper? Post some pics, that would help.
From your post it kinda sounds like you have a TL-S bumper with a 07-08 Base lip. That is a possible combo, but does require body work to the Base lip for correct fit.
It is also possible you have a Base bumper and Base lip. In that case replacing the lip will be easy.
