Does our car have a turn signal relay?

My turn signals/hazard lights dont work. when i put a new fuse in it blows. Any ideas on how to check where the problem may be? One of the radiator fans also blows a fuse everytime a fuse is installed. Whats the best way to zero in on the problem?

Thanks in advance

Yes there is a Relay for the Turn Signals under the Dash near the Hood Release lever

unplug the radiator fan, install a new fuse. if it blows then the problem is in the wiring before the fan, if it doesn't then its after the fan. Do the same on the hazard lights. Also, while the fan is unplugged, run two wires from the battery pos and battery neg to the fan connector and see if the fan works properly. You' see two wire terminals when you unplug it. make it go forward and then reverse by changing pos and neg wires on the connector. There is also a radiator fan relay under the hood. You can unplug that and see if the fuse blows and zero in on the likely area. Good luck
