I would say yes

 

wipe it off onto a white paper towel. if it has a redish color its good. if it is brown/black its dirty

 

it wont ever look as red until you wipe it on something white. do that and report back. it looks brown except for the top hole where it kinda looks red, at least on my screen, but the pic is so out of focus it is hard to tell...

 

Please focus on the stick and not the ground.........

If you've gone 30k without changing the fluid out, go ahead and do so.
