They will indeed do it then and there; where else and when else do you think they will do it? 4 hours after you bring your car in at Joe's Crab Shack?

At the Lexus dealer across the street 2 days before you bring in the car?

Sometimes they can do it right then, if not too busy, best to call ahead first so you aren't waiting there all day. I always schedule appointments for my car to go in. My service guy can usually get me in the same day or the following day..
