Dinging on hard bumps

Dinging on hard bumps
it sound like the outer tie rods are bad and has play. or it sounds like the control arms might be going bad or it sounds sooooooo freaking annoying. im trying to troubleshoot the noise and i need opinions. i dont want to buy and install the part that doesnt fix it
