God I detest people sometimes............. Hope their car gets a hit and run by a garbage truck! Paintless dent removal. Wouldnt mess with yourself. Costs about 150 per panel but a good place can do it 100%

Call you dealer and ask who they use. There were 2 small dimples in the trunk lid when I purchased the TL a couple of years ago, that could only be seen at certain angles. After a period of time I wanted them repaired, so I made an appointment to drop the car off at the dealer's service dept. when the fellow made his routine call. Cost me $90 and can't see any irregularity no mateer the light or the angle of view.

Had similar success story with the dealership scratch and dent guy. Wifey used the passenger side mirror to feel her way into the garage - big scratch across the face. Gave the guy that makes round at the dealership $60 and it was history.

Paintless dent repair the the win for sure! In my last caddy when I got it...the passenger side was literally riddled with door dings from what I assume happened in the garage at home of previous owner. I got a deal on it because of the dents...and $195 dollars later....the car looked literally BRAND NEW. No shit...I was astounded but was told it could be done so I acted on that advice when buying the car. Worked like a charm. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Note....your insurance agent will also be able to turn you onto a very reputable lead for dentless paint repair as they deal with them so often.

Make sure you are not the only one getting repaired that day by the paintless dent guy. It will likely cost you more if you are. They are subcontractors for the dealer and the dealer is gonna get their cut. This is why I recommended asking your insurance agent for a lead. (wont count against you or anything nor will they even report it) Its a straight cash deal then....one party to another. (they fixed my car literally in the parking lot of my work in a few hours and it was the whole side of the car - multiple panels) BUT...if the dealer is having five other cars fixed on the same date....you will be ok there as well as the discount they will offer -due to less travel time, ect in a bulk deal with the dealer.

Dry ice will also work for a SMALL dent......I didnt believe it when I first heard it, then I tried it, and "POP" the dent was gone!

if you go to a place- go direct- not thru the dealer who gets 30 percent extra for making a phone call

OR
if its small- this has been tried by ziners and found on youtube, and thread here by dope

DRY ICE a very small chunk- its only $1.19 a lb and you need about 1/4 pound broken in smaller pieces, like walnut size

first you use a heat gun or hair dryer to superheat the dent area
then rub the super cold dry ice around the area,,, and thermal shock pops out many small dents
check out the videos
Disclaimer-do so at own risk-and wear thick protective gloves as dry ice is a temp in the 100 degree Below zero range- instant frostbite- dont inhale fumes-
Use leftover as party smoke from punchbowl~
I thought it was crazy but after checking it out- and doing it- it took out parking lot dings with ease

Try your local grocery store...around here a few of them carry dry ice. Also, search for ICE in your local yellow pages. They should also sell dry ice.
