Deleting past driver codes

We purchased a 2004 Acura TL which already had memorized driver seat codes and only 1 fob for driver #2. I have been dealing with/the driver #2 code that was already set but it's not the most comfortable for me. My husband and son have just been using the #1driver set up. For some reason this week the codes that were entered are not working AND now we can't get the seats to move at all. My questions..
1.How do we clear the codes entered and set up our own? (I tried doing what it said in the manual but nothing happened)
2. Can we get another fob w/out going to the dealership?
3. If we do can we set it up ourselves or do we still have to go to the dealership?
4. Is there a way we can manually adjust the seats w/out using the memo?
Thanks for any help you can give as the seat is so far back right now I can't drive the car

1) Put the seat where you want it and press and hold the memo button on the door.
2) You can get fobs off ebay
3) should be able to program it yourself
4) use the buttons on the side of the seat to adjust it. If they still dont move maybe you blew a fuse.

I bought my TL a few months ago and the previous owner was most likely a foot taller than me; I couldn't reach the pedals with my tippy toes when I'd first get in the car; all I did was reset the seat memory and it was all good.

How are you entering codes? Memory seats don't have codes.
