Debadging gone somewhat wrong

Alright so i was seeing all these pictures everywhere about people debadging their cars and i loved it! So i did it, and i had done it once before on my past jetta and that came out perfect, and after i was done goop off'ing, there were these almost paint chips underneath both the "Acura" and the "TL". Now i held up the hair dryer to the badges until they basically fell off, now it is cold here and my garage was about 40-50 degrees probably is that going to matter? Anyways there was also another spot that almost looked like it was going through the clear coat.

Bottom middle circle is what it looks like is a clear coat patch that came off.

I took these off for another reason being that whoever rebadged this vehicle had glue all over the outside of the badges and it looked a little like trash, now is this a result of me doing this while the body of my car was semi-cold? or could it have been a previous owner/dealership trying to cover it up with the badges? Shitty to find these under the badges.

have u tried rubbing alcohol?? polish compound?
when u use either one of them, make sure u rub it HARD....if not the worst case scenario is touch up paint but the color will somehow not match at all

rubbing alcohol on paint is no bueno; ive used it to remove tree sap before but i merely dap it on with a cotton ball. i would try rubbing compound (patience is key here) then polish and see how it looks. lastly, wax the entire car!

Alright i tryed to polish and wax it and all that stuff. Didnt work out as well i had hoped, it seems that someone had debadged it before and they didnt heat up the glue enough and just pulled off both the "ACURA" and "TL", because their is perfect little indents where both badges were (not fading from the sun), so i think i'll just paint match or plastidip all badges on the back and slap those 2 back on because i was going for more of a sleek clean trunk. And i dont really have the needs to take it to a body shop for them to "repair" it.
