dealership fixes

now i know that our cars are covered for 50,000 miles on warranties, but what i didn't know is just how much they will do. for example my battery had died and i had waited to get it fixed because i wanted to save up for a good one. well i went to the dealership and after they washed and tired shined my car, they gave me a free battery with a 100 month warranty. then they looked inside my car. the rubbr door seal is peeling slightly, bam replaced. and the plastic covers that cover the seat adjustment controls are coming off and have been that way since i bought the car. bam replaced. im happy with the support acura has given me.

feel free to share any stories of similar situations

You're lucky.

Aight I will now drive down to Tennessee every time I need the car serviced. We don't have dealers like that here in Jersey.

Good dealership.

DEALERS SUCK!!! No matter what problem I have had, they have either said it was normal, or created more problems than it went in with. For example, the rear deck vibration, their answer was, and I will quote the sevice manager, "Don't listen to music." And the clanking that the car makes when you turn the wheel, is,"normal". "F" the dealers!!!

LOL, well so far my experiences with DCH service has been fine.
I don't know if they'll go out of their way to replace broken parts that you don't tell them about, but they take car of you.
