CV axle year make a difference?

CV axle year make a difference?

Im getting new cv axles soon because mine have gone bad was wondering if the year of the new axles I got mattered theres a local shop down here in south fl who specializes refurbished cv axles and has a ton. Can i put cv axles from a tl 08 or tl s on my 2005 will they make my ride better will it even matter

I dont think the years matter so much. I just replaced my passenger side with one from Raxles. Highly recommend.

see thats what I mean raxles is refurbished axles just like the place i might stop by which has been in business for many years did you jsut ask them for one for your year specifically? how can you highly recommend whats the difference?

If we're talking about AT, '07/'08 different, at least from Acura OEM parts catalog.

Exchange catalogs indicate '04-'06 only, or Honda Accord '03-'07.
Lengths are different:
Compressed length:
Left
'04-'06 26.56"
'07-'08 26.8125"

Right:
'04-'06 24.0625
'07-'08 24.09375
