What did you sideswipe?
Looks at minimum: front bumper, left head light (who knows what that pushed in, could also be frame damage there), left fender, left door, left front side marker, rear door, rear quarter panel (requires body shop), rear bumper, and probably two wheels. Looks like fuel door and left rear tail light are likely damaged too.
Seriously, what did you hit? Hope you have insurance.

As much as a gem an MRP TL-S is, I'd write it off, given that you have insurance...

from the looks of it, it's possible that there's about 14k or more, worth of damage to the vehicle with all the stuff that has to be replaced and the all the labour needed it to restore the vehicle. With that money you can find a clean TL-S. Tell your friend to part out the vehicle if he wants to cut his losses
