Exclamation Crank key came out need help!!

I was changing the timing belt on my 07 Acura TL. I had everything back together and started the car to hear if my noise had went away. Only issue is I forgot to take the breaker bar off of the harmonic balancer this caused the bolt to come out and the balancer to come off but more worrying is the key came out and caused the crank to rotate without the rest of the engine. I turned it off as quickly as i could before i even knew what the issue was. i didn't hear any unusual noises while the car was running. So now my timing is off and im not to sure how i can get it back to the right spot

Super angry at myself for making such a stupid small mistake that caused such a huge issue. I'm really not to sure what to do from here and any help would be appreciated

Do I need to take the plugs out or worry about timing, the belt didn't skip any teeth and nothing moved in that regard.

Is that center bit that moved from the missing key control the timing or does the outside gear?

Nvm I looked at a part diagram to get a better understanding of what is going on, I now see it's the center that is actually attached to the crank shaft, so as long as I put everything TDC it should line up ok. Should I move the belt and top end of the motor first or the crank first seeing as they can't be moved together. I just want to make sure there is no contact inside the cylinders

It doesn't matter which one you do first, i'd probably pull all the plugs to make cranking each head separately easier to TDC and then the Crank, followed up by putting the belt back on. hopefully you didn't throw away the tensioner pin yet

I do still have the pin thankfully, how do I get he pin back in the tensioner, is that something I will be able to push in by hand?

Just finished putting it all back together seems to run smooth.

It is making one weird noise but not from the timing cover this could also just be a sound these engines make. Just bought the car a week or so ago and have only ever owned K series before so im not very familiar with these engines

Regardless thank you guys for the help I was quite lost!!
