Corrosion on valve stem pins

I moved to center city philadelphia a few months ago and some clown stole my valve stem caps and since i rarely drive anymore I did not notice until I went to get new tires. The valve pins are corroded and could not be removed. Is there any way to remove the pins without destroying the TPMS? I am going to try BreakFree or WD 40 in the stem and replace the caps then see if i can get the pins loose a few days later. Any other suggestions would be great.

How much and were should I look for new TPMS initiators if I can't get the pins loose?

Moisture will eventually kill the sensor, so you'll need to keep plastic caps installed, and only use the caps with the inside seal to protect aginst water penetration.
Having said that, time to replace the sensor(s) list for @ $34 discount $25 each.
