combustion "stains" from pre-cat deletes

can anyone recommend any sort of cleaning detergent for combustion stains? at least, i think that's what you would call it. have you guys ever seen those s13's w/ huge as exhaust tips? you see how dirty that one spot is where the fumes from their catless exhaust touches? it's black/brown from exhaust fumes? i have THAT, on my rear a-spec lip. i was a bit angered at first, but i guess it's expected. on a side note, this is the first time its been a problem. i used SHELL for the first time in a while, and thus (possibly?) the problem. Chevron seems to have ran cleaner

thanks,
eric

i have the same problem. i use wheel cleaner on it, and it comes right off. just spray on, and rinse off and its gone.

honestly, this stuff is AMAZING. it also cleans wheels without touching it, just spray and rinse.

i use 75% cleaner, 25% water mix since its not THAT strong
