I've had my TL for less than two years. I treat it with nothing but the greatest care, and now with only 26,400 miles on it the clutch has gone out of it. Not only that but "Acura of Orange Park" (the dealer I purchased from), told me that the warantee on the car would cover virtually everything for 50,000 miles / three years. Now I find out that the clutch is concidered a "Wearable Item", and is not covered under warantee. On top of it all I am suposed to be able to get a rental car if anything goes wrong until it is fixed, and apparently this is also not going to happen. The dealer told me that they will not even have a loaner car for me until tuesday (5 days after the break down), which incidentally is same day they expect to have it fixed. This isn't the only issue that I have had, but the car has been excelent until now. The real problem that I am having is the service, rather lack of service that one can expect from Acura, and the lies that their dealers are willing to tell in order to sell you a car....
