Looking back, I think this has been happening for a while so I'm not sure when it started. Whenever I "get on it" or exhibit "spirited driving", my clutch is hard to press for the next few shifts. Nothing major, and it still shifts fine. Just the pedal is noticeably harder to press and goes back to normal after a few shifts.

Any ideas? Thanks

I bought my 2006 6MT with 31k miles...at 35k miles, started to display the same symptoms you are having...after a high RPM run, clutch pedal will stick and come back slowly.
Eventually; 5th and 6th gear started to slip.

Replaced the clutch and both the hard stiff pedal and slipping 5th gear went away.
OEM clutch = LUK

Thanks for the quick reply. I haven't experienced any slipping yet so I'll probably ride it out until I do.

I had the same issue a few weeks ago, after some spirited driving my clutch feel became quite rigid. After a day of it sitting, clutch returned to normal.
It's probably a symptom of the clutch getting close to replacement, but if no slipping then continue to drive it until you experience something more drastic.
I'm doing the same thing, just not driving crazy hard anymore though
